The extender bar attachment is used to increase the length extension of the Alexander Universal Frames (except the Disc Raiser), Morris Settee and Morris Bed Raisers by 38cm. It is not compatible with: Morris Chair Raiser, Morris Recliner Raisers or the Alexander Disc Raiser.

The “golden rule” for furniture raising is to support all legs, feet or castors that were in contact with the floor before the furniture is raised. Because of this, a single base frame cannot raise a piece of furniture on its own; 2 frames and 4 suitable attachments would be required minimum but the total number may be larger depending on what arrangement the furniture has. The Furniture Disc Raiser allows this range of raisers to accommodate furniture with 5th/central legs. 

The raised furniture does not need to be re-positioned against a wall for support, which is an important safety consideration when choosing any furniture raising device. The furniture is capable of being repositioned around the room, for relocation or vacuuming purposes without fear of the raiser becoming dislodged.

This product is maintenance free and easily cleaned. Autoclave friendly and recyclable.
