We understand that there may be occasions when you wish to return an item(s) to us. You can do this for any reason. You must notify us of your intention to return the goods and ensure we receive them within 14 days of you originally receiving your order. We may refuse to accept returns where notification is not advised or the goods are not received by our warehouse within the allocated time.
You can notify us by completing the Product Returns form below. Alternatively you can telephone our Customer Services team on 01328 855669 or email firstname.lastname@example.org. You should advise us of your order number, name and address, details of products ordered and reason for return.
If you would like us to arrange for the collection of unwanted item(s) please telephone us during office hours, 9am to 5pm, so that we can arrange for your parcel to be collected on any weekday convenient for you. We can then advise you of the return carriage charge and then take payment should you wish to avail yourself of this service. Alternatively you can choose to have this amount deducted from the amount to be refunded as stated in our terms and conditions.
When returning items please enclose either the original or a photocopy of your delivery documentation.
